AI phone answering on the number you already have.

Forward your business line to FrontDesk Talk, or port it over. From then on, AI answers the calls you want it to, and you choose which ones.

How AI phone answering works

When someone calls your business, your phone carrier sends the call to FrontDesk Talk. That happens through call forwarding, which you turn on with a short code or a setting, or by porting your number to us.

The AI picks up, greets the caller with your business name, and has a real conversation. It listens, understands what the caller wants, and answers from what you’ve told it about your business. It can take a message, book an appointment on the Real Talk plan and up, or transfer an urgent call to your cell.

When the call ends, you get a Talk Note, the summary by text and email. Nothing changes for your customers. They dial the same number and simply get an answer.

You stay in control of what it says. Update your hours, prices, or answers in FrontDesk Talk, and the next caller hears the change.
