When exactly do I get paid?
After the business you referred pays its second monthly invoice. We send your payout after that, by the method you chose.
What if they pay yearly?
You still earn one month of their plan. We pay it after their yearly payment has been active for two months and hasn’t been refunded.
What if they cancel early?
If they cancel or get a refund before their second paid invoice, that referral doesn’t earn a payout.
Can I refer my own business?
No. Self-referrals don’t count. The program is for sending us businesses you don’t own or manage.
How do you know they came from me?
When someone opens your link, our site remembers your code for 60 days on that browser. If they sign up in that time, the referral is yours.
