FrontDesk Talk is a sister brand of FrontDesk Care, the AI receptionist built for healthcare practices. Care carries what healthcare needs, like HIPAA compliance, a signed BAA, and connections to health records.
Most small businesses don’t need any of that, and they shouldn’t pay for it. So we built Talk: an AI receptionist for everyday businesses, at a lower price, that sets up in about 10 minutes and works with the number you already have.
It answers every call 24/7 in English and Spanish, books appointments into Google or Outlook Calendar, and sends you Talk Notes, a short summary of every call. Plans start at $99 a month.

A caller who hears a beep often calls the next business. A small business shouldn’t lose work because the owner was busy doing the work.
Pricing should be simple
Three plans, flat monthly prices, minutes of Talk Time included. You see the full price before you sign up, and extra Talk Time is $0.45 a minute.
No contracts
Monthly plans are month to month. If FrontDesk Talk stops earning its place, you can cancel.
Be honest about AI
Your receptionist tells callers it’s an AI assistant when asked. We would rather be clear than clever.
