What’s Talk Time?
Talk Time is the minutes your receptionist spends on the phone. Each plan includes a set number of minutes of Talk Time a month. Short calls use short minutes, and your dashboard shows exactly what you’ve used.
What happens if I go over?
We text you before you get close. Extra Talk Time is $0.45 a minute, or you can move up a plan if that costs less.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Upgrades apply right away. Downgrades start with your next billing period.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans are month to month. Yearly plans are paid once a year and get 2 months free.
