How it works
1
Choose who to call
Customers who have agreed to hear from you, like past clients due for a follow-up.
2
Tell it what to say
The reason for the call and what you want the customer to do.
3
It calls and reports back
Each call ends with a Talk Note, so you see who answered and what they said.

Questions
Can I use it for cold calling?
Outbound calling is heavily regulated. Calls with an AI voice generally need the person’s prior consent, and written consent for marketing. Our Acceptable Use policy covers the rules.
Does it say it’s an AI?
Yes. Each outbound call should state your business name and that the caller is an AI assistant.
When can it call?
Only during allowed hours, between 8 AM and 9 PM in the customer’s local time, or narrower if state law requires it.
Which plan includes it?
Outbound call campaigns are on Big Talk, $399 a month with 1,000 minutes of Talk Time.
